Facial fillers consist of injecting hyaluronic acid into the dermis. Facial fillers help to rejuvenate facial skin giving it a natural and healthy appearance, as they seek to replace the hyaluronic acid lost from the skin.
Facial fillers involve injecting the chosen product (depending on the area to be treated) using a very fine beveled needle. The injections are repeated in the areas to be treated and to a specific depth.

The sessions usually last between 20 and 40 minutes, and the results last around 12-18 months.
It is hyaluronic acid, a substance produced naturally by our body, particularly in the skin. In reality, these post-operative effects of facial fillers are very few and far between:
Hyaluronic acid can sometimes create small bumps or product surplus in certain areas which should disappear with a massage of the treated area and, should this not be the case, there is a product called hyaluronidase that can eliminate such excesses of product and this would be applied in the clinic by our specialists.
It will depend on the depth of the wrinkles and furrows to be treated but between one and two sessions spaced 15 days apart will normally be sufficient
Depending on the viscosity of the hyaluronic acid we use, the effects will last between 12 and 18 months.
By looking after the treated areas. By this we mean hydrating those areas well with creams and with petroleum jelly at least twice a day, and also protecting the areas from excessive exposure to the sun.
A few days following the treatment, the injected filler can be dissolved with a substance called hyaluronidase. In the event that the patient is not satisfied due to a failure to achieve the desired volume, a second or even third session can be carried out to apply increased volume.
